The standalone is much more responsive than the VS Server Explorer. I couldn't find anything better. It covers almost everything you need to work with SQLCE. I had to tranfer my DB from sql server into the sqf file it helped me generating all script including the data insert statements. As a total beginner i can't really judge this app but al I can say is I have been looking for something like this for about 3 days now, i am very happy I found it :).
